This licence covers Lonsdale Bold and Disco Cowboy, typefaces designed and sold by Tom Lucey (tomlucey.com). By purchasing a typeface, you agree to these terms.

What you can do

Each licence permits use in desktop applications (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and others), printed materials, client work, commercial projects, and personal projects. Static embedding in PDFs and images is permitted. Web use is included; a woff2 for self-hosting is available on request. Video and broadcast use is permitted.

Seat and domain limits

Each licence covers a single user, up to 5 website domains, and up to 5 app installs. If you need coverage for more users, domains, or installs, purchase additional licences.

What you cannot do

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the font files
• Share the files with others. Colleagues and clients each need their own licence
• Embed the typeface in software, apps, or digital products sold or distributed to third parties where the font is the feature (e.g. a theme or template pack)
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or rename the font files

Ownership

The typeface remains the intellectual property of Tom Lucey. Purchase grants a licence to use the files, not ownership of them.

Updates

Lifetime updates are included. If a new version of the typeface is released, it will be available to existing buyers at no additional cost.

Refunds

Font files are delivered digitally on purchase. Because the files are available immediately, sales are final and refunds are not offered. If something went wrong with your order, get in touch at hi@tomlucey.com.

Termination

Breach of these terms terminates your licence. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the files.
